Stretch and Roll

This is a combination class that includes gentle stretching and the use of the foam rollers. We've added the soft foam rollers to a few of our therapy classes and find that students like to hang out on the rollers, so we added I a roller class that combines with gentle stretching. Plan to spend at least half the class with the foam rollers on the floor to soften connective tissue throughout the body. Some modifications can be made for those wishing to stay in a chair or stand. This is a great class for a post-workout like running or cross-fit. Rollers with soft and medium firmness are available in studio.
