12/27: Close out the year with this special yoga nidra class letting you set your intentions around deciding what to keep and what you want to let go of as we come to year's end. Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) is a nourishing practice designed to cultivate the resiliency of your nervous system and offer deep relaxation to all levels of your being. Class opens with gentle fluid movement and concludes with a long guided relaxation. Please pre-register by 8 am, December 27th--minimum of 3 students required.
