10 Class Pass (Includes Tax) $179 • 10 visits • 10 class pack enables the holder to attend all regularly scheduled classes that are 75 minutes or less in length. You may schedule online or drop in using this class pass. The class pass does not cover special workshops that are 90 minutes in length or longer.
20 Class Pass (Includes Tax) $309 • 20 visits • Class Pass entitles pass holder to attend any regularly scheduled class that is 75 minutes or less in length.

5 week Series pass $90 • 1 visit per Week for 5 weeks • Join any class for 6 consecutive weeks. One make-up allowed. Pass starts counting down from first class attendance.
Monthly Unlimited - 12 month Auto Renewal (Includes tax) $129 every month • Unlimited visits • Subscribe to 12 months of unlimited classes at BendnMove. This pass auto-renews monthly at the low rate of $129. This is a 12 month commitment with an early cancellation fee of $10.
3 Month Unlimited Plan (Includes tax) $329 • Unlimited visits for 3 months • Pass good for 3 months of any class at BendnMove. Workshops excluded (Restorative, Special weekend workshops).

Lu Jong, or Tibetan healing movements is an ancient practice and a series of exercises that have been put together from different traditions and lineages by Tulku Lobsang and he modified them in a way that people of all ages and abilities could practice them. Also, Lu Jong exercises are not difficult for a less flexible body, however, they are be very effective.

Lu Jong works simultaneously with body, mind and energy. It’s a combination of form, movement and breath, which besides the physical health benefits, calms the mind and balances emotions. Lu Jong focuses very much on the spine. It balances the spine, prevents postural imbalance and increases blood flow.
