Yoga Therapy with Tamara

Spend 4 visits with Tamara exploring ways that yoga can impact your life. We will explore lifestyle habits, posture and movement, breathing, and as requested, meditation technique. First visit is used to review an intake form and posture alignment, plus movement patterns. It lasts about 90 minutes. Remaining 3 visits include movement practice check-in, design, and additional exploration depending on the person's needs.
