Private Yoga for Healthy Aging Program

Meet with Tamara, Certified Yoga Therapist, to design a personalized yoga practice designed to get and keep your body and mind moving and resilient. Tamara will work with you over four 90 minute sessions and teach you how to apply the tools of yoga for healthy aging. Each session will include movement, breathing, and some discussion on how to apply Ayurvedic practices to support your daily routine. Sessions may vary depending on the students individual needs. This program is ideal for the aging adult who wants to experience strength, balance, and focus. It is appropriate for all sizes and abilities and all movement can be modified to be done in a chair, standing, or sitting.
